Name?
Kasandra Lynn Dolan

What is your nickname?
Chuck. My front tooth was missing for a couple of months

Where do you primarily ride?
North Lake Tahoe

What made you start snowboarding?
It was something different. I loved skateboarding and the snow. It just felt right.

What’s your favorite board to ride?
My favorite board to ride is the woman’s vixen made by smokin snowboards. I ride a size 149. Will be crushing around on there woman’s split board as well.

Favorite riding story if you have one?
Ahhh, to many to pick one. Being introduced to the back country two years ago was something very special and dear to me though. Will be exploring more this winter. Kimmi Fisani (LEGEND!) put on a avalanche course with amusement mountain which I was able to attend right before my knee surgery last year. It was incredible.

Why do you love to snowboard?
The feelings I get when I snowboard are bountiful. It’s hard to pick just one. I guess the. The gong that makes the most sense and brings me the most happiness from snowboarding is being able to explore and meet people. Snowboarding opens up pathways and create relationships with people I would have never had the opportunity to meet.

When you aren’t snowboarding what are you most likely finding yourself getting into?
When I’m not snowboarding, I try to keep myself active with a number of things like physical therapy, dirtbiking, skateboarding, and stacking paper. I also like to create magic by sketching and painting.

What is your favorite area on the mountain? Jumps, rails, natural terrain?
The park is definitely where I hang out but exploring on a snowy day with friends is all time. Getting off the mountain and into the streets and the back country as much as possible with friends is going to be my goal this season.

Where do you see yourself in five years snowboarding wise?  Traveling to another country?
In five years I see a couple of japan trips maybe Swiss alps and New Zealand on the off season. CANADA! Asap

Do you have a pre-boarding ritual or something you need to have on you at all times on the mountain?
A good breakfast, well packed back pack, friends and a big smile on my face. As per something I might need at all times…. possibly music but most of all a good attitude and something to capture the moment with.
